Sales tax
If paying by check or money order, please remember to include the price of the book, sales tax of 7.25% (if shipping within California) or 8.25% (if shipping within Los Angeles County) and shipping costs (see shipping).
Payment
All orders must be prepaid before shipment of books. We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition, we accept payment by check payable in U.S. funds.
Returns
If you are an individual who purchased a book directly from Circinus Business Press and you are not completely satisfied with your item, please return it for a replacement copy or refund. If you did not purchase directly from Circinus Business Press, please return the book to the retailer from whom you purchased the item(s). To return a book, please send an e-mail to returns@scoopbooks.com. Please include the reason for the return. Return instructions will be sent to you directly by e-mail.
